What checkout shows

The available methods may vary with the order, location and device. The card logos in our footer are illustrations, not proof that a payment provider is active or that a particular card can be used. If checkout offers no suitable method, contact us; do not send payment to a personal account or use an outside transfer or cryptocurrency request.

Authorization, security and a payment problem

A checkout payment provider may authorize or temporarily hold funds before capture. Fraud screening or identity verification may affect an attempt. If payment fails, a hold appears twice, or a charge is unclear, send us the order number and non-sensitive details. A bank or provider may control when a temporary authorization disappears.

Payment data is handled by checkout and the payment providers used for the transaction. We will not ask by email for a full card number, CVV, password or one-time security code. Uatoll sells the goods and remains responsible for order support, delivery and its refund obligations; a checkout platform is not the seller.

Recurring charges and refunds

Our current product range does not include subscriptions or automatic renewal plans. A future recurring offer would have to show its terms before purchase. An approved return is refunded to the original payment method. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
