Privacy Policy
Last Updated: November 3, 2026
At a glance: This notice explains what information Uatoll handles when someone browses, buys a household item, requests support or uses a privacy choice, and how to exercise applicable U.S. rights.
Information and why we need it
Browsing, an order and support
We may receive contact and billing details, delivery address, selected item and option, order history, messages, return reasons, and technical information about visits. An order for a bowl or vase may also include a report or photographs of a damaged or missing piece. We use information to operate the cart and checkout, fulfill and track orders, answer questions, handle returns, prevent misuse, maintain records and comply with legal duties. Payment credentials are processed by checkout payment providers; we do not request a full card number or CVV by email.
Providers and transfers
Shopify hosts the commerce storefront. Information needed for a transaction may go to the checkout payment provider actually used, a shipping carrier, support or technical provider, and an authority when legally required. Providers may process information outside the United States under their own terms and safeguards. We do not describe every provider or tool as active merely because a platform supports it.
Cookies, advertising and the Google map
Necessary technologies support security, cart and checkout; preference tools may remember choices. Analytics and advertising cookies or pixels, if enabled for this store, may measure visits, conversions or campaign performance. Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, remarketing, Enhanced Conversions and personalized advertising are examples of tools that would process data only if enabled. If Enhanced Conversions were enabled, hashed customer identifiers such as an email address could still be matched to a person and may remain personal information; hashing alone does not make the data anonymous. We do not claim that this tool is active. This policy is not consent to optional tracking, and closing a notice does not by itself prove tracking is off. Browser controls and any available storefront choices may limit optional activity.
The Contact page directly requests a Google map. Loading that iframe, or opening its fallback link, can send browser and network information to Google under Google's own privacy terms. The map shows our correspondence address, not a customer-facing shop.
Retention, security and children
We retain information for orders, support, legal obligations, disputes and fraud prevention as needed; the period depends on the record and purpose. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no internet service can promise absolute security. The store is not directed to children. A parent or guardian can contact us if a child supplied information.
U.S. rights and how to ask
Depending on the state and applicable law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy, and may opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right protected by applicable law. Use Your Privacy Choices for applicable platform opt-outs or email support@uatoll.com for another request. Where required, we recognize an applicable Global Privacy Control signal according to the browser and platform implementation.
We may verify your identity and an authorized agent's authority before fulfilling a request. We respond within the period required by the law that applies to the request and give notice of a lawful extension when permitted. If an appeal right applies and we deny a request, reply to our decision requesting an appeal review; we will explain any further route required by your state. Rights and deadlines are not identical in every state.
Changes
We update the date above when this notice changes. The Shopify-managed privacy policy may provide additional platform information, while this page explains Uatoll's storefront practices and request route.
