Using the Uatoll store

These terms apply to use of this online store and orders placed with Uatoll. Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with checkout, security or other shoppers. By submitting an order, you accept the product and checkout terms displayed for that purchase, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive.

What an item listing means

We retail household products such as tableware, drinkware, decorative pieces, coffee accessories and bakeware. The listing specifies the purchase unit and selected option. Review dimensions, material and care information, especially for ceramics or glass, and note when a detail is approximate or estimated. Props or duplicate pieces in photographs are not included unless expressly stated. We may correct a material listing error and contact you if it affects an order.

Order, payment and fulfillment

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; fulfillment remains subject to stock, payment acceptance and ordinary fraud checks. If an item is unavailable or required information is incorrect, we may decline or cancel an order and refund captured payment as appropriate. Prices are in USD; check applicable tax, shipping and the final amount at checkout. Only the payment options actually shown there are available. Never email sensitive payment credentials or send money to a person outside checkout.

Our Shipping Policy describes free Standard service in the 50 states and DC and estimated timing. Contact us promptly for a pre-shipment change or cancellation. The Refund Policy explains the 30-calendar-day return request window, eligibility, prepaid labels and original-method refunds. These policies form part of the order information.

Content and applicable rights

Store text, layout and imagery may be protected by intellectual property rights. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement. Site information can require correction or experience temporary interruption. Nothing here excludes liability or a consumer remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Disputes are handled under applicable law with mandatory consumer protections preserved.
